欣叶安康科技股份有限公司成立于2004年7月，总部位于安徽黄山高新区，是华东地区集节能、智能门窗研发、生产和施工于一体的国家级高新技术企业。旗下拥有欣叶安康科技股份有限公司、芜湖市欣安建材科技有限公司和安徽智宬轩门窗系统科技有限公司三家实体企业，现已建成黄山总部、芜湖门窗幕墙和智宬轩高端定制系统门窗三大生产基地，并在广东、上海、杭州等地建立了研发中心及城市会客厅。总占地面积200亩，建筑面积16万平方，员工800名。
公司主要生产高档节能铝合金门窗、塑钢门窗、智能门窗、系统门窗、耐火窗、仿古窗、钢化玻璃、中空玻璃、夹层玻璃、低辐射镀膜玻璃、防火玻璃和防弹复合玻璃等，年产各类建筑外窗160万平方，建筑玻璃200万平方。
欣叶安康拥有三家国家级高新技术企业，建立了省级企业技术中心和工业设计中心，先后荣获“安徽省优秀民营企业”、“安徽省专精特新企业”、“安徽省质量管理奖”、“安徽省名牌产品”、“安徽省守合同重信用单位”、“安徽省著名商标”、“中国门窗百强TOP10”和“全国幕墙百强企业”等荣誉称号。公司已通过ISO9001：2015质量管理体系、ISO14001：2015环境管理体系、ISO45001：2018职业健康安全管理体系、国家质量管理中心“3C”产品强制认证和中国绿色建材产品认证。
